Consulting Services - Business consulting and planning, including business structure evaluation and new business set-up, financial and tax planning and review,  risk management, regulatory compliance planning, asset protection evaluation, written business plans and business “coaching.”  We're here to help with everything from planning for a new business,  pro-active strategic evaluations of established businesses and succession planning for privately held businesses to helping owners to solve the day to day small and large problems occasionally faced by any business . 

"Remote” Business Office Management -  Accounts receivable(including billing and collections), accounts payable, payroll, general bookkeeping, insurance review and monitoring and tax preparation and compliance are handled from our office, with regular, understandable reporting so business owners know exactly where things stand.

Legal Services - Provided through the Law Office of Elizabeth Clarke, legal services tailored to small businesses and their owners  include business entity formation, regulatory compliance, employment matters, customized business contracts, estate and succession planning.

Mediation and Assisted Negotiation - Firm believers that the American court system is unnecessarily expensive, slow, and often misses the best possible outcome for the parties, EBI provides mediation and assisted negotiation services to help parties in business related disputes move toward Win-Win, or at least "most constructive possible compromise" situations.  We work with parties toward efficient, intelligent resolution of difficult situations so that everyone involved can get back to more productive activities quickly and while conserving important resources that would otherwise be sacrificed in the dispute resolution process. Equestrian Specific Services - This is where EBI started, and in addition to providing professionals with the services available to all businesses, we continue to provide specialized services for professional equestrians, including customized agreements commonly used in the equine industry such as liability releases, board and training agreements, horse syndications and facility leases.   Beth Clarke is also available for business seminars designed specifially for professional equestrians and horse owners, both at our South Deerfield offices and hosted by equestrian organizations around the country.  Topics to date have included financial planning, risk management, insurance, use of contracts, understanding taxes, employment issues and other topics related to running a horse business and regulatory and tax compliance.  If you are interested in hosting an EBI seminar, please contact Beth Clarke at equinebiz@verizon.net.

Ghost Writing -  Drafting of letters, marketing materials, employee handbooks, instruction manuals and ghost writing articles.  In short, if it needs to be put into words we can put the style around your substantive information, or create the entire product from research to finished product.  We will also help to prepare financing and other applications
